Shiva and Sada the Medtech meet at the Tequila Sunrise to discuss a job. Sada's boss, a russian mobster, wants the heart of the number two of the italian camorra, a woman by the name of Cecilia. He needs the heart to save his own brother's life. While they're at it, he also wants them to steal a data-chip implanted in her brain.
